The Tea That Cures Strep Throat, Flu And Sinus Infections

Tea contains more mineral salts and is therefore used in colds, infections and inflammatory processes such us strep throat, flu, and sinus infections.

The tea is prepared in an enameled container, in which two glasses of water are poured. Once the water is boiling, add a teaspoon of chopped garlic and leave it boiling for a few minutes. Remove the container and leave the tea to sit. Then strain the tea. This tea is very strong, so the garlic tea can be taken only two or three times a day (in an interval of 4 to 5 hours). And one more note: tea should not be cooked in large quantities. Drink only fresh!

Another component contained in garlic:

Allicin can destroy a variety of bacteria that cause disease; this applies especially to the triggers of gastrointestinal diseases. It should not be mentioned how quickly such infection spreads in warm climates, especially in poor hygienic conditions. Garlic is a known means of combating infections.

Something similar can be said of Roman legionnaires. In ancient Rome, people lived away from home and seldom traveled long distances. This prevented the spread of diseases. There were epidemics within some areas, but not on a larger scale. Their time will come later. Then it was dangerous to travel to foreign countries. There has always been a risk of contagion with some kind of infection where the locals have already acquired immunity. In such cases, the garlic, or allicin contained in it, was aided.
